The setup is like a charming little village, ja. We got a spacious 2-bedroom with a view of both the beach and the pool, and can walk right onto the beach! Staff were mostly friendly and keen to help whenever we asked anything.

The lack of air conditioning led to uncomfortable nights, especially with ceiling fans not being enough. The food options were reported as unappetizing and often cold, lacking variety, while the dining setup felt crowded and neglected in cleanliness. Morning disruptions from housekeeping were unwelcomed, and extra charges for parking caught us off guard. The presence of two large steps between the living area and bathroom posed a safety hazard, lacking clear markings.

We enjoyed our stay in a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment, which was spacious and well-stocked, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beautiful, nearby Playa Fanabé. The multiple winding pools offered scenic spots for sunbathing, making the experience quite enjoyable. the dining options could definitely be improved for a better all-inclusive experience.
